Hey all I'm 6 foot 2 skinny fat at 196lbs and I'm tackling it by cutting first to about 170 before lean bulking. I'm eating 2100 calories which is estimated to make me lose 2lbs a week. I'm hitting at least 170grams of protein and 80 grams of fat a day and just wondering if massive amounts of hunger is normal or should I up the Cals so I lose 1lb a week. I'm currently doing stronglifts 5x5 and making gains at the moment whilst at this deficit. Thanks in advance
