nutrition kinda?

so hello there,i am training for 10 months now and i have few questions about supplements
how many whey protein can i drink a day,doess it matter if i fullfil my daily protein intake?
can i take it like 2-3 times a day or its bad?
if i havent got enought protein from my meal can i take whey or?
