Male
5'9
Currently 168 lbs from 208lbs
Down 40lbs in 3 months by counting calories and working out
Running 4 miles/day 5 days a week on hills,
Lifting 3 days/week
My calories have been pretty low (around 1500 for a couple of months), and I shed a ton of body fat, and my runs are strong and speed is increasing. Very very clean diet. However, I want to stay here. I like this weight. So I need to slowly increase calories. Question is about my macros. I've kept them right around 50% protein, 25% carbs, 25% fat, and I get a lot of fiber 40g daily. I am already making sure to get 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight, and hit that most days. Do I keep my protein intake where it is, and increase carb and fat macros? Looking for real advice here, please don't send me a link to a macros calculator or tell me to read the ****ing stickies. Thanks in advance.
