Growing at less than 1000 cals a day

Ok so here's the deal. Ive always been the bigger kid in my class at a young age cause of my good genes. I'm 5'6, 170lbs and 19 years old. I'm a natural bodybuilder and I've been training around 4 years now but the last 6 months have been very interesting. I'm eating 0 carbs per day since I'm very sensitive to both simple and complex carbs. They make me fat and bloated even if eaten minimally. So my diet is only based on protein and fat intake, coming mainly from eggs, fish, chicken and meat. I eat around 180g of protein per day. So if you do the math, that's only around 800-900 Cals. But I barely have any fat intake. I've been doing this diet for 6 months straight without breaking it and my arms have grown from 15 inches to 16.2 inches. My delts have gotten wider, chest has gotten bigger and so have my legs. I see lots of people saying you're crazy whoa you're gonna end up like a skinny hobo yet I'm getting very big while at low bodyfat. Is this due to higher testosterone at a young age? Or just cause I have good genetics.
