Starting my cut tomorrow, and I just had a few questions regarding it.
1) Using the sticky I calculated my calories to be around 2600 per day. I was told a while back that you can aim for maximum loss of 1% body weight per week, but how will I actually calculate the amount of a defecit I need to be in to lose 1% of weight per week? Or should I just track it over time and adjust accordingly?
2) When I lose weight do I have to recalculate my daily intake to the new weight? Or should I just stick to the same intake until I stall?
