Bulking Diet - Not enough fats?

I wanted to get a sense of my meal plan for my 12-month bulk I just started, I feel like I have too little fat and too much protein in my meal plan though, a) is that really a problem and b) what are some foods I should switch out to keep calories the same?

I'm a male, 28, 5'10" 165 lbs. and lift 3-4 days/week (just came off a 5 month cut and had a month of eating regular before my bulk). My TDEE is about 2,650 so I aim to get 2900-3100 calories, minimum 165g protein, minimum 66g fats.

I'm a creature of habit so most days look more or less like this:

(calories/protein/fats/carbs)

Meal1
1 cup dry oatmeal 300 10 6 57
