Hi, i have a question. I know that every protein (complete and even incomplete) counts in calorie intake. But what i dont know, if incomplete proteins count also into protein intake ? Example - for building muscle, recomended protein intake is around 0.8-1g of proten per lb of bodyweight. Must it come from complete protein sources or not ? Im not talking about whole 1g/lb protein intake just from incomplete proteins, but can that protein intake come from some incomplete proteins too ? Thanks
