How can I gain weight?

Okay so I’m having a extremely hard time gaining weight with my current lifestyle. I’m 6’3 and around 165lbs so I’m pretty skinny. But my problem is every day I lift weights for about an hour, then go work asphalt in the heat for 8-9 hours, and THEN go to boxing class for two hours. I’m really wanting to put on 20-30lbs in the next 3 months but how can I consume enough calories to gain that much weight that fast with this lifestyle? I really appreciate any feedback/advice!
