Am 49 and I've been working out for two yrs. when I started I was 95KG in weight and my waist was 40. Today am about 82, 83 and my waist is 34, but am not gaining in muscles. I mean if you look at me, you cannot say that I've been working out. My question is, One of the reason am not gaining could be that I skip my lunch and reduced the amount of dinner to lose weight and belly fat?.
