Any tips on getting in more carbs?

I have no trouble hitting my protein intake and (if I keep track) my overall caloric intake when bulking. But I'm always a bit low on carbs at the end of the day (200-300 grams) and I would like to find a way to get in some more (300-350 consistently).

I do have some room in the afternoon to fit in another small meal on the go, which would also help me reach my caloric needs without having to stuff my face in the evening. Something that's easy to stomach, high in carbs and easy to pack and eat on the road (as I spend a lot of time in my car).
