Breakfast: 2 Slices of bread, 3 eggs and A glass of orange juice
Post Workout/Lunch: Mass Shake (Milk, Banana, Whey Protein, Oats and Peanut Butter)
Snack: Peanut Butter Jelly Sandwich, Banana, and Milk
Dinner: (My favorite) Steak, Pasta, and Avacado
Dessert: Vanilla Bean Ice Cream (Can be any sweet you desire)
If you can follow this meal plan for just 4 weeks,
I can assure you will gain at least 2-4 pounds in that 4 week period
