hey guys, I am 194cm and weigh around 83-84kg.
I started a new diet recently which I think is pretty high in calories since i gained about 2kg in like 2 weeks.
breakfast: 100g cornflakes with chocolate milk
lunch: 2 chicken thighs with skin and a lot of spaghetti bolognese
snack: 3 peanut butter and jam or peanut butter and Nutella toast sandwiches (each sandwich is 200 calories only from the toast)
dinner: same thing as lunch or 4 medium eggs with rice/pasta
I tweaked it quite a bit and this is the current diet.
opinions/advice?
