returning to the gym. trying to figure out maintenance.

figuring out my true maintenance to go into a surplus. so guys. currently im working out 3 days a week (full body) with 1 day or two depending on if i work or not but i do incline walking since i feel its not so heavy on recovery for around 40-50 minutes burning around 400-500 calories. other than that i work standing for 25 weekly and if i do not go to work that day ill walk atleast 1 hour. sedentary besides that.



im currently 6'2'' weight 157. wanting to obviously bulk but slowly. would 2800 seems like enough?
