Right now I’m cutting and I barely eat. I’m 5’7 155 and skinny fat af lol I’m the perfect weight but it’s all fat so I’ve been lifting and doing fierce 5 since. I barely eat as is I eat like one meal a day and I’m worried that when I’m ready bulk I won’t eat enough to gain muscle I know I’m suppose to eat 200-500 over my maintenance but how I’m eating know idk how I’m going to unless I just eat anything I see even when I’m full which I know is the bad way to go
