Guys I need your knowledge, I’m in the process constructing a diet. With the purpose of staying as lean as possible while adding some muscle. Should I include white rice or brown rice in my diet and if so how much. I’ve searched all over. I’m confused because I don’t know if keto would work better. I need an expert to dumb down the role of carbs. and help me decide about how much carbs if at all I should have. I work out 5 times a week and occasionally do double sessions
