Hi all,
Here's some basic info to start; I'm a 19 year old male who's 5'8 155 pounds and just recently was able to attain a visible 6 pack from my workout program/diet. I've always been athletic and worked out consistently ut it wasn't until this summer that I decided to really ramp it up. My parents owned a copy of the old early 2000's workout program p90x and were skittish to try it so I gave it a whirl and damn has it worked! I've been dieting along with it and experimenting and realized that for a while I wasn't eating nearly enough and felt dizzy and out of it all the time so I adjusted and got my caloric intake to stay at a heavy deficit while still being able to function with energy like a normal human being. Aside from the program, I wait tables 5 days a week and am on my feet all night. Recently the diet has become such a mental burden that it has been driving me insane and I was curious if I should maybe go a little easy on myself and have that pasta or French fries I've deprived myself from for so long.... my mother (a former bodybuilder) told me at my age and energy level I could most likely eat whatever I want and still maintain this 6 pack but I'm frightened if I ease up I'll lose all my results!! I'd be happy to answer any questions and I'm looking for some much needed advice, thanks!!!
