Diet advice

Wondering if I should stay in a deficit, eat at maintenance if recomp is still possible or lean bulk.

Situation: I started at 59kg about 2 years ago (6ft tall - 23 y/o), I bulked up to 75kg with 15% bodyfat. I ran into some shoulder issues which prevented me to lift for 2-3 months. I stayed at roughly the same stats, lost a bit of muscle but gained little fat aswel. I've been lifting again for a month now, easing back into it by using lighter weights (e.g. my bench press was 75kg for 5 reps, now I'm working with 40kg for 8 reps, squat was 2 plates now using 1 plate) to build up my shoulder strength. Doing lots of rows and rear delt work instead.

Since I'm not on an aggressive program I think it wouldn't be wise to start bulking again (also considering the bodyfat percentage), so I started cutting. Lost 2.5kg this past month and I'm down to 12-13% (consistent method of measuring - calipers in gym).

My goal for now is to look beach lean for my vacation in september and get my shoulder strength back up to where it should be. After that I'll be lean bulking aga

Is this still possible with a recomp (eating at or slightly below maintenance) or should I continue with a real cut? I still don't have a considerable amount of muscle mass, even though I gained 16kg (I have very small wrists, narrow rib cage...).

Any opinions are welcome :) thanks!
