The only thing I'm tracking is protein to make sure I get at least 1.6g per kg bodyweight. I don't track carbs and fats but I know that my fats are genrally low and carbs very high (300+). But I do make sure I'm eating healthy. I barely have however much fat on my body so I'm wondering if my macros really matter.
