My name is Jake and i need some help!
I'm 5'9" and 210 pounds. I'm not "large" but i've got the classic belly and it's pretty degrading. I work a very demanding career on ambulances as a paramedic and i have some very stressful days. I work long days, weeks and months.
I've decided that i want to begin a transformation and with the experience of being a former semi-pro football player, i have the workouts all figured out but i derail every time it comes to planning my food goals.
I have the time to workout daily but i just don't have time to cook these extensive meals all the time.
Is there anyone on here that is possibly interested in investing a bit of there knowledge and helping me. I'm not even sure where to start, with amount of calories, macros ect?
Any information would be amazing, i've tried to do my research but everything is either "keto" or "IF"
