I have read hundreds of articles on nutrition, but still can't figure out what I should be eating to get lean. Should I do keto, paleo, Mediterranean, etc.
I am 6'4", 208 lbs. w/ 19% BF and I am trying to get under 15% BF. I have read that cardio is good, but I will lose just as many calories lifting weights, which I prefer (of course).
My primary question though is what should I be eating so that I can maximize fat loss? Should I cut my carb intake to under 30-40g/day (Keto diet) or will that cause muscle loss? Is it ok to eat whole grains like brown rice and Dave's Bread before or after a workout? What about bananas and oatmeal? There are so many different approaches and I'd like to know which one will work the best for my body type.
What should my macros look like? Any suggestions are much appreciated!
