I've been trying to get big and failed multiple times now. I can't seem to have solid routine meals, usually when I do reach my calorie/macro goals I'm screwing up my stomach with food that has too much salt or I'm too the point of puking. can someone help me figure out what I can eat and how often so I can put on some size because I'm clearly doing something wrong.
I have no problem doing actual workouts, but whenever I try to make meals I just can't seem to eat enough or have a consistent routine. I'm a budget which makes it especially hard. primary just looking for simple, easy to make meals, I have no problem eating the same meal(s) every day.
