Okay first of all, this might be a wrong section But cut me some slag I haven’t been here for years.
But Yeah I’ve had break from gym for about 6 months, and now I’m going to be back. I’ve went for walks about everyday.
But my workout plan is to do twice a week full body workout which would be as heavy as I can, But of course quality is What matters. And twice a week either going to boxing or once a week to boxing and the second day I will go to HIIT class.
I want to get lean ( I know you hate this word) muscle. My body fat isn’t low But it isn’t fat either. About 20-23%? I haven’t checked it. I weigh about 62 kgs and I am 174cm tall. Ohh and I am 16 yeats old girl.
I eat everyday about 2000-2700 cals because I move a lot and my metabolism can be Sometimes quite high. So should I continue this way or add or eat less?
