Hello, so I'm hitting my macros etc but I feel like I might not be eating enough variety. This is an example of what I ate today. -
Meal 1 - 60g weetibix, 300ml Milk
Meal 2 - 100g greek yogurt 30g almonds - At this point I will make a shake that I drink throughout the day, it contains: 50g Kale, 80g
Mango, 80g Spinach, 1 banana and 50g of pure fine oats.
Meal 3 - Will be either a ready meal with 160g of mixed veg, such as a fish pie, chilli con carne & rice, chicken & rice or I will cook salmon with 160g mixed veg and sweet potato. (normally once or twice a week)
Meal 4 is the same as meal 2, minus the shake I will have veg or fruit instead.
Meal 5 is a protein shake before bed with 300ml of milk and 50g of pure fine oats.
Is it safe to eat this everyday or do I need more variety in the food I get? Thanks for any help in advance.
