Hey guys I've read all the sticky guides but I'm having trouble.
My current stats are
24 yo
300lbs
6'2
Can somebody help me with starting macros?
Because obviously I can't use gram to body weight since I'm 300 lbs.
I read somewhere that if you pick a goal weight then you can use that as the base but I'm not completely sure.
Also for my activity, I'm lifting 5-6 days a week but when I'm not at the gym, I'm basically sitting down with little to no exercise.
