I want to eat a suitable diet to maintain my wieght for a period of time at calories which nourish my body enough to train and fully recover effectively.
I weight train 5 times a week and complete 1-2 sessions of moderate cardio (e.g. 5km Run) along with an hour of yoga/stretching per week. I try to get 8000+ Steps in every day as i have an office job and am aware of the risks of being sedentary.
My wieghts been a bit all over the place form when i started my wieght training journey and i've been everywhere from 54kg to 64kg and eaten anywhere between 1500-2500 Kcals on average.
I would estimate my BF% to be around 24% currently and I weigh 62/63kg.
My plans are ot maintain the below calories for 12 weeks and then drop to cut some BF before Summer.
137g PROTIEN, 240g CARB, 55g FAT, 1983 Kcals.
I stick to these calories pretty well, but i would say there's usually 1 day a week where i go over on Kcals by ~300-500Kcals (mostly fats and carb, but i try to maintain protien of >130g).
I feel like this is enough food and i haven't gained weight for a while but I was eating much less (~1750Kcals) and performing much more cardio last year and wieghed pretty similar... so i'm a bit confised about nutrition and would appreciate a critique or some advice :)
