Recently, I bought a food scale and started measuring how much I eat. What I had thought was only 1200 calories was in fact 1700+. I calculated my TDEE and it turned out 2100 for maintainance with my activity level. Now, I'm eating 1700 6 days a week and 2100 on the 7th. But my weight is barely budging. I'm not sure if my body is in recomp right now since I can see some definition in my arm muscles. Is this normal? I'm measuring everything I eat, so it can't be underestimation.
Should I just keep going to see if any changes occur?
