Eating 3500 calories a day I lose so much time preparing food, cooking food and eating food, yet eating nuts is so convenient, supposedly healthy, calorie dense and has lots of protein.
If I add some chicken breast and vegetables (and maybe a bowl of oatmeal?) to a daily diet that consists otherwise only of nuts, would there be any disadvantages or is that actually reasonable?
