I started lifting again and am trying to fix my diet. I weighed myself at 87.8 kgs / 194 lbs on the 29th of April. I am slightly over 5'8.
I used this site to calculate my TDEE. Since I lift 3 days a week and go swimming once a week, I picked the "Moderate Exercise" for my activity level (defined as 3-5 days workout a week). This is what I got:

This is meant to be my maintenance calories. MyFitnessPall on the other hand gave me a target of around 2000 kcals a day to lose 0.5 kg per week. What I've realised is that I am averaging much lower than that.
My breakfast is around 500-600 kcals and my dinner is around 500-900 kcals max. So I am consuming around 1000-1500 kcals.
What is bothering me is that I don't feel hungry. How is this possible?
I am waiting for the day after tomorrow for me to weigh myself again and see exactly what's going on!
