Food obsession after dieting

Hi

I was on an aggresive diet for 6 weeks (8kg loss) with IF and OMAD for the last few weeks. I have to say, OMAD and IF worked really well to control my hunger.
It's been 2 weeks bulking at 300 to 500 cals suprlus with IF (6-8 hours feeding window)
Yet, I am obsessed with food because of the diet and this slight surplus does not fully satisfy me
although I had no problem with 8hours window when I was dieting at 700cals deficit.


Here I am thinking maybe this is because I changed from OMAD to longer feeding window.
My question is what happens if I go back to normal eating habit (having breakfast). Does that lead more cravings?
Or should I keep fasting untill I get used to it again?

Like I was a hard gainer when I was with a normal eating habit but that maybe because I ate really clean (Low fat and complex carbs with high protein)
Whereas now my diet contains more fat and less protein.

Any other advice regarding food obsession would be appreciated.
