Im drinking gainer and protein shake after my workout. One hour later im having whole food and after one next hour i have to go bed to get at least 6-7hours of sleep.
What are best macros for that meal? What do you think?(lets target bulking phase where wer able to get fat)
-isocaloric
-slow carbs & lean protein & veggies
-healthy fats & protein & veggies
And how many calories & amount of grams of protein, fats, carbs, fiber
