My weight is fluctuating but no more than 300grames down or like a 1kg up. I hardly drink water but when I do, I drink heaps. Also I hardly go to the washroom, maybe once or twice a day. So when I weigh myself typically every morning I am doing so while only going for a leak and not a dump. Weights just sitting at one range. Tracking calories to the T and doing 300cal cardio a week. What Gives ?
