Confused on calories.

I am currently struggling with knowing how many calories I need to bulk/cut or to maintain. I'm currently 6'6" 200 pounds even. I take around 20,000 to 25,000 steps daily. Also maybe you could give me some insight on to bulk or cut right at my height and weight? Thank you so much.
