Yesterday I was in a situation where I forgot my shaker cup and protien powder and there was no way I was going to drive home 1 hour and back just for that so I bought 1 of those Muscle Milk shakes. I'm on a cut so it got me thinking, did I make a smart choice in terms of calories, carbs and sugar?
