Recently been REALLY bloated after my meals (bulking). Usually it was from time to time, now it's allll the time. Any quick fixes or tips to stop it or lessen it? I have a bad stomach to begin with, so bulking def aggravates it more. I started cutting out foods that might be causing it, like brussel sprouts which helped a bit.
