Hey guys I basically eat the same things everyday. Salmon, codd fish, veggie burgers and turkey burgers. I always have those things with black beans and broccoli or green beans. I try to stay away from meat all together. I’m 30 now and turning 31 in June. So it’s gettjng harder to build muscle. I weigh 160 but I have decent definition. Any help with gaining 10-15 without meat would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for the time guys
