How many carbs on a cut?

I am 6'0, 178lbs right now with somewhere around 12-14% body fat. I am trying to get down to around 9-10% body fat over the summer and was wondering approx. how many carbs I should be consuming each day?

Most TDEE calculators suggest I should consume 2,900-3,100 cals/day to maintain, so I am going to shoot for around 2,500-2,700 a day to hopefully lose some fat and maintain/build as much lean muscle as possible. But approx. how many carbs should I aim for each day?

Also, WHEN during my day should I consume the majority of my carbs? I plan on doing some fasted cardio early in the morning, and then lifting 5-6 days/week in the evening. Let me know!
