Can anyone here give me an estimate in accordance with this information:

175cm/5’9
I go to the gym 4 times a week and do weight lifting for approximately 30-45 minutes, depending on which day. And occassionally I would do cardio afterward, the rest of the days I either go for a jog or bike for 30 minutes to an hour.
How many calories should I eat exactly to maintain my body weight? (I want to lose weight, but rules state you can’t give me advice regarding that).
And let’s say theoretically if an adult were to lose weight, how much can they safely lose without losing muscle mass?
