I used 30 kg on a bar for squat, bench press, dead lift, military press. I did it 3 times a week. Additionally I did 30 minutes of cardio (walk or elliptic) 3xweek. I ate around 3000 calories. Now I put 60 kg on a bar and for cardio I do 8kph jogging instead of walk. How I should change my calorie intake? Recently I feel exhausted and I think that this is due to not enough calories but I don't want to bulk too much as I'm already 115 kg. How I should recalculate calories?
