how long to cut?

I'm 6'2" 242 lbs with what Im assuming is close to 25% BF.

I currently eat 2,500 calorie a day and target my macros:

protien: 242 g (1g/lbs bw)
fat: 100 g (.41g/lbs bw)
carbs: 158 g

I'm losing about 1.5 lbs/week.

I have a goal of being 210 lbs. This would take about 21 weeks in addition to the 3 I've been through already.

Question is:
Is 24 weeks too long to cut? Should I stop at 220...bulk to 225....cut down to 215....bulk up to 220.....cut down to 210.
