I've always had a pretty large and uneven chest (possibly from being in a sling from shoulder surgeries and playing video games on the computer for so many years. I don't know if there's other causes too. My pecs are always tight.
-My pec has ALOT of muscle especially in the right pec (the one with the birth mark below it.)
-I'm supplementing B vitamins, Vitamin D, and eating a pretty balanced and clean diet. Lifting 3-4 times a week and avoid chest exercises besides incline press.
-Looking for some advice, but my pecs cause almost all my shirts to fit weird and makes me a bit self conscious.Would going to a doctor have them prescribe me something? Just looking at options here.
