I'm a 14 year old boy (140lbs, 175cm) who's been training for two years now. In elementary I used to be the chubby kid but at 12 I started to train, I have put on quite a bit of muscle over the years, joining the wrestling team, track team, and right now I'm about 16% body fat. For the past 5 months I've really been wanting to start a cut and start to clearly see the results of my hard work but it's been very hard for me to eat a deficit. usually how it goes is I eat clean for a few days or a week, and then for days I eat ****, crushing my progress and confidence. I don't know if it's hormones or a lack of self discipline. why I can't stick to a plan. how can I get strong, long term motivation? How can I get control over my habits?
