Cutting advice

Hi guys been bulking for a while now and about to start an 8 week cut

I weigh 174lbs and am around 15-16% by. How much weight should I am to lose a week to keep muscle loss low as possible? I'm assuming around 1-1.5lbs?

Also I currently eat 3750 calories a day and have for a while gaining 0.5lbs a week. How much should I lower my cals by for my cut? 3000? Or a bit lower maybe?
