From broken finger to NOW bruised rib

Hey y’all,

Things aren’t going too well for me. I was out of my routine at gym for 4 weeks due to broken finger, and now after a (very stupid) bar fight, I have a bruised rib putting me out of my fierce 5 routine for ANOTHER 5 weeks.

I’m at a loss. My goal was to be 175 in 2 weeks (which would have happened with my steady gaining if I didn’t get hurt). I’m been maintaining but I’m super pissed.

Should I just continue to maintain until I can get back to my routine in July now? I hate how much weight I’ve gained in my face and really wanted to begin my cut but now I have to wait even longer.
