Im 17 years old, 160lbs, 5"11' and have a really fast metabolism. I'm trying to bulk and have been and want to find the best way to. Is a clean bulk or a dirty bulk better for me? Should I eat fast foods or no? Basically how should I go about this in the best way possible?
