question about nutrition

2 months ago, I was big in the waistline & I've lost just about all of it by using an Elliptical machine at my local gym & I've changed the way I eat by staying away from sugary foods & refined high carbs.

There is just one little problem. I'm underweight now & I still haven't gotten rid of all of the belly fat.

What I'm concerned with now though is I'm really starting to get to skinny. I'm starting to feel some bones pop out of my body when I'm in sitting in a certain position.
It hasn't gotten bad, bad, but I am starting to see some changes.

Now, how to correct this is to eat more, right? but this time around, eat the right carbs, not the bad ones, correct me if I'm wrong.

I went on calculator.net & entered my height, weight & age & I really didn't understand the chart.

It said that for Weight Maintenance my Daily Calorie Allowance should be 2,689 & it's got 4 rows that say 40-75% with different amounts of carbs I need to take.
So which one should I do? One has 287, 394, 466, & 538.

My concern is that if I start taking in this many carbs even though it's healthy, is it going to go back on my waistline/midsection? or spread around my whole body?
