I've just started working out again after not doing any kind of intense physical activity since December 2018.
This time around I want to be more determined to get in shape and follow a diet.
The main goal is to lose some weight and to gain aesthetics.
I'm not looking for a really intense and strict regime as I'm not competing for any sports nor bodybuilding.
I've already done some research online about nutrition and foods in general (what to eat, what to not eat or what to eat in moderation) but what I really need help with is WHEN (breakfast/lunch/dinner) to eat these different type of foods (protein, fat, carbs).
The caloric budget is of 2400/2600 daily if that's of any help but I really don't need you to make me a diet, I just need consulting regarding to WHEN to each such foods.
Also, recommendations on any supplements to take or to take any at all.
