Supplementation for a beginner

Hello community,

I am a 25 years old, 187cm, 75kg guy going back to working out. I used to weight over 80 kg but due to different reasons I had to stop, which resulted in the lose of about 7 kg.

I started working now full time and with commuting and everything this will take a big part of my day. I will find it hard to meet my calorie/protein requirements just by cooking, since I just have a short break for lunch and not so much time, so I was wondering if you could recommend me any supplementation.

Yes, I know I could meal prep, or wake up 1 hour before to prepare food, etc etc, but to be honest, I would prefer a quicker solution. Gym is a part of my life, but not my whole life, so I cannot dedicate so much time like other people do.

What kind of supplements would you recommend to someone who wants to gain weight and will regularly go to gym? It would be nice if you could also name some good brands. I do not want to buy the cheapest, since I heard they just cause a bloating stomach and make you s**t like a moth*****ker.
