Calorie deficit makes me fatigued and depressed. What take?

What should I be taking/eating/doing to feel OK on a cut?

I tried fasting the past 3 days to jump start my diet. Just made me feel hella depressed and hella tired and hella ungood.

I decided to take a multivitamin and magnesium and some pottassium/sodium water. I feel a bit better today. But damn I need help.

I want to lose weight. I don't want to spend a bunch of cash on a meal plan.

What do?
