Hello, i tried for the first time raw bio unroasted cocoa beans and i liked it, i red on internet that they are very nutrious, have a lot of antioxidants, but also that raw bio cocoa beans can be toxic in some way. I dont want to eat 100 grams of it daily, but for example add 10 grams (4-5 beans) to my breakfast, could it be safe to eat ? Thanks
