Nutritious Lunch Ideas - No Microwave

Hi Guys,

I'm trying to get on top of my eating, to strengthen my gym routine.

Trouble is I'm stuck with only a couple ideas for lunch, my main one being whole gain cooked pasta/pesto with chicken, sliced bell peppers, cottage cheese (or another cheese) and tomatoes.

I'd like to change things up so I'm not eating the same lunch meal all the time.

Has anyone got any suggestions? Plus, I don't have access to a microwave at work.
